About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Member Relations Manager will lead the organisation’s membership attraction and retention strategy, ensuring members feel supported, valued, and connected. You will also support sales of industry training courses and ensuring members understand the benefits available to them and how to maximise these.

In this brand-new role, you’ll act as the first point of contact for all member and prospective member enquiries, drive initiatives to enhance engagement and retention, and ensure smooth membership processes through the effective use of the Association Management System (iMIS). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in relationship-driven environments and enjoys combining strategy with hands-on delivery.

- Act as the ‘guru’ for iMIS, the organisation’s internal Association Management System (AMS). Support member and team enquiries to ensure optimal use of system.
