The People & Strategy team thrives on an inclusive and supportive culture, working collaboratively to support the agencies strategic objectives and organisational success through design and delivery of HR strategies and initiatives, as well as business actives.

This agency is based in one of Australia’s most prominent national heritage listed buildings.

**Your new role**
***As the Workforce Relations and Planning Manager you will be responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of the agency’s employment framework. You will be a crucial leader engaging, impacting, and providing advice to executives within the agency across all aspects of the employment framework. Additionally, you will work closely with the HR manager to lead a small team in delivering a range of HR services.

Managing activities relevant to this position will include
- Workforce planning
- Workplace relations
- Workplace culture
- External and Internal reporting
- Police development and management
- Enterprise Agreement bargaining

**What you’ll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive Workplace relations experience, including complex case management and negotiating of enterprise agreements. You will also be someone who shapes strategic direction and foster an inclusive culture.
