What you’ll do: As a Senior Talent Advisor, you will play an integral part in shaping the workforce behind Queensland’s largest rail infrastructure projects. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will centre around managing end‑to‑end executive‑level recruitment processes in partnership with external agencies. You will be instrumental in guiding hiring managers through best practice approaches, maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that all activities are compliant with relevant policies.
