About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our business leaders, driving recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent across diverse disciplines. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for local and expatriate roles, support workforce planning initiatives, and champion best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.

- Partner with hiring managers to deliver tailored recruitment solutions aligned with business goals
- Lead strategic sourcing campaigns, market mapping, and talent pooling
- Provide expert guidance on recruitment policies, practices, and compliance
- Leverage ATS and recruitment analytics to inform decision-making
- Stay ahead of industry trends and sourcing innovations
- Support domestic and international hiring initiatives

What You Bring

- 8+ years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consulting
- Proven success in building candidate pipelines and market intelligence
- Expertise in behavioural interviewing and assessment techniques
- Tech-savvy with strong ATS and sourcing tool proficiency
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure
- A commitment to mentoring, continuous learning, and living WSP’s guiding principles
