Bel & Bril Talent Advisors is working with a number of Top 100 Accounting Firms based in Brisbane CBD and north and south of Brisbane, currently seeking talented and motivated individuals to join their team as a Senior Accountant. There is a diverse range of clients.

You’ll work alongside top leaders in the field who share a passion for outstanding client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting documents for private clients
- Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services to help clients minimise their tax liabilities
- Advising clients on business decisions and financial management strategies
- Collaborating with clients to understand their unique financial needs and goals
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of the accounting team
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the firm's accounting processes and procedures

What we're looking for

- At least 4+ years of tax compliance/Business services experience currently working within an accounting public practice firm in Australia
- CPA/CA qualified or working towards qualification
- Proven expertise in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and strategic financial advice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Thorough understanding of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices
