We're looking for a highly capable
Senior Advisor

What You'll Do

As a Senior Advisor, you'll lead workstreams, guide clients, and help deliver practical, high-quality outcomes across all stages of the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic, commercial and delivery advice across major infrastructure projects
  • Leading analysis, options development, business cases, or procurement strategy
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members
  • Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture

What You'll Bring

  • A degree in Engineering, Economics or Business (or equivalent)
  • 10+ years' of post graduate experience
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure policy, strategy, commercial frameworks, or procurement
  • Proven ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and deliver results
  • Experience in at least two sectors: transport, energy, water, or building
  • Multi-jurisdictional work history and interest
  • A client-first mindset and desire to contribute beyond the day-to-day
