CHALLENGE
To support the Regional Vice President in delivering an optimal service offering, the Member Reception Agent - Business, will play a front-line role in welcoming and accompanying business customers.
A good listener with a high degree of discretion, you will receive customers in the office or by telephone and direct them to the appropriate department.
You'll play a key role in setting up appointments for your colleagues.
You'll also be involved in operational activities such as managing telephony and mail, compiling data and word processing, and liaising with other parts of UNI.
REQUIREMENTS
The person we are looking for has a college diploma in administration and one (1) year of experience in financial services, secretarial work or customer service, or a vocational diploma in secretarial studies or a high school diploma and eighteen (18) months to two (2) years' experience in financial services or secretarial work. Any equivalence in training and experience will be considered.
In addition, the person must have knowledge of the telephone system, written French (spelling and grammar), knowledge of business products and services distributed by caisses, subsidiaries and competitors, and knowledge of the philosophy and operation of a financial services cooperative.
Proficiency in both official languages.
