Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the central point of communication, you will provide a superior level of secretarial and reception services to people 18+.

The role involves taking incoming calls and directing the caller to the appropriate member of staff, appointment scheduling and maintenance of clients, general Office duties including opening and distribution of mail typing, scanning, filing and archiving, assisting in the closing and securing of the building at the end of the day, and general housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe environment for staff and clients.

Requirements
  • Excellent administration, time management, and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Well-developed customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of the mental health sector with an ability to liaise with people from all backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Proven record in working closely with and being a successful member of a multi-disciplinary team.
