Welcome to the Member Reception Agent - Business role, where you will play a front-line position in welcoming and accompanying business customers.
A good listener with high discretion, you will receive customers in the office or by telephone and direct them to the appropriate department.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming and accompanying business customers
- Receiving customers in the office or by telephone and directing them to the appropriate department
- Setting up appointments for colleagues
- Managing telephony and mail, compiling data and word processing, and liaising with other parts of our organization
College diploma in administration and one (1) year of experience in financial services, secretarial work or customer service
Knowledge of the telephone system, written French (spelling and grammar), knowledge of business products and services distributed by caisses, subsidiaries and competitors, and knowledge of the philosophy and operation of a financial services cooperative
Proficiency in both official languages
