Our Food Service and Convenience business encompasses our wholesale, foodservices and distribution services across the Campbells Wholesale, Superior Food Services, and Independent Grocers brands – servicing small to medium businesses right across Australia. About the Opportunity

As the General Manager of Sales for Foodservice and Convenience, you will lead the national transformation of sales and marketing strategies across this dynamic business unit. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving customer acquisition, accelerating revenue growth, and expanding market presence. You’ll champion a high-performance culture and collaborate closely with senior executives, suppliers, and customers to deliver strong commercial outcomes—empowering independent businesses across Australia.

In this Role

- Lead and execute national sales and marketing strategies

- Drive revenue growth and customer acquisition

- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team

- Servicing small to medium businesses and key cooperate accounts and relationships across Australia.

- Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders

- Oversee contract negotiations and pricing strategies

- Monitor KPIs and ensure EBIT performance

- Foster innovation and adapt to market trends

You’re Likely a Match If

- You have 3–5 years in senior sales management in FMCG or foodservice

- You hold a degree in Business, Finance, or Commerce

- You excel in strategy development and client engagement

- You have strong financial and analytical skills

- You’re a collaborative leader with national stakeholder experience

- You’re passionate about empowering independent businesses
