**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Develop sales strategies to ensure the attainment of monthly, quarterly and annual vehicles and accessories volume targets
- Work with Marketing to develop and execute strategies to deliver on strategic, CX and sales objectives
- Work with Regional Managers to ensure Dealers develop Sales Lead Generation & Customer Loyalty plans with the view to achieve GMSV's guiding principles.
- Develop allotment strategy and ensure that wholesale target is achieved through completion of the quarterly allotment for all Dealers.
- Play a lead role with implementation of the Performance Review, Focus and Critical Care Process to manage poor performing Dealers
- Maintain regular contact and communication with Dealers, including appointed Dealer committee members
- Collaborate with GMSV leadership team to facilitate the implementation of all strategies impacting the Dealer Network.
- Custodian of the GMSVDealer policies and procedures with responsibilities in the development, implementation and adoption by the network to the expected level
- Improve customer retention by ensuring that Dealers embrace a culture that provides a customer experience and level of service that engenders customer loyalty towards the GMSV brand as measured through PE (Purchase Experience), SE (Service Experience) and other key KPIs
- Provide the GM of Marketing and Communications with local press and media support, including the management of local press vehicles as well as supporting local marketing activations.
- Supporting the Forecast and Distribution Manager to ensure wholesale objectives are achieved.
- Actively monitor the performance of all Dealers within each region. Understand order write, enquiry, and model mix trends.
- Mentor and develop all direct reports to ensure that they have the opportunity to succeed and deliver the value add to the Dealer Network as envisioned with the new structures.
