S P Jain School of Global Management The Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Global Learning Manager to support the strategic delivery of global learning educational programs and student engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about international education, student development, and cross-cultural learning experiences.   Key Responsibilities Program Development & Cultural Integration: Plan and organize student activities that foster exposure to Australian culture and workplace environments, enhancing global competencies. Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage Annual Budgets, including semester-based expenditure forecasting and financial reporting. Risk & Safety Management: Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations for all student activities and events. Event Coordination: Manage logistics for on-campus and off-campus events, including scheduling, transport, and vendor coordination. Reporting & Evaluation: Compile and present semester reports for the Global Learning and Student Life Department, evaluating program effectiveness and student engagement outcomes.   Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in educational program management or student services. Bachelors Degree is required Strong budgeting and financial planning skills. Proven ability to manage risk and ensure student welfare. Excellent communication, organizational, and engagement skills.
