Sydney, Australia WiseTech Global Full time

Our experienced global payroll team is looking for someone to become the guru of global leave at WiseTech Global. You’ll be working closely with the HRMS development team to build our next generation global leave platform, and take ownership of UAT and rollout across 30+ countries. You’ll work side-by-side with our Global Payroll Implementation Specialist to transition our off-shore teams into the platform by:

- Collating payroll data
- Liaising with global payroll partners and ICP’s
- Reviewing parallel run results
- Supporting the operations teams for go-live

This role is also responsible for the administration of payroll systems ensuring security and segregation of duties is in place and that all software updates are reviewed. This role is a chance for you to demonstrate your project and payroll expertise, eagerness to learn the complexity of global payrolls, and be challenged with the fast paced environment of WTG where one day is never the same. You’ll be supported by a highly efficient collaborative team that wants to help you succeed, and who take pride in the positive reputation we have built within the business.

**About you**:
You are a confident, articulate and highly organised individual with stellar communication skills and a positive attitude who can work closely with our global payroll partners, and WiseTech developers. You already know the fundamentals of payroll and understand the significance of your role within the organisation. You have strong excel skills, and are prepared to interrogate the data and research the answer to ensure leave is managed in accordance with country legislation and WTG policies.

You are also someone who thrives in a non-hierarchical environment and loves rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.

**To help get you started**:
WiseTech Global is changing the world of logistics through technology. As an innovator, we use software and hardware to solve problems and create new ways of working and living. We build products using the latest software tools and the best hardware platforms and take pride in delivering solutions that make a significant difference to our customers, partners, staff, shareholders and the logistics industry at large.

Our people are innovators and visionaries, and we have a long track record of building global solutions that are changing the world of logistics.
