**About The Job**:
WiseTech Academy, a division of WiseTech Global, launched in 2018 with the mission to provide accessible online learning for the logistics industry. Our platform offers comprehensive content on logistics, staff compliance, and WiseTech Global product training and certification. We support various systems, including our website, Learning Management System (LMS), Content Management System (CMS), Quiz Engine, and Disclosure Management System (DMS).

Are you a Product Manager with a passion for learning platforms and web development? We are seeking a Product Manager to lead transformative projects such as website development, enabling multilingual content, and enhancing our platform’s interface for a modernized student experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive high-impact frontend, website, and mobile projects within WiseTech Academy.
- Hands-on product management, from assessing feasibility and creating user stories to road mapping and work phasing.
- Collaborate with product teams, UX experts, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design solutions that elevate user experience and align with business objectives.
- Partner closely with engineers to provide clear direction, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of product developments.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure products meet both user needs and quality standards.
- Create detailed presentations and documentation to support development, marketing, and support teams in understanding and promoting the product.
- Play a critical role in incident management, ensuring swift resolution of product-related issues. -Align frontend app and platform development with WiseTech Academy’s strategic goals.
- Understand user needs, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience in product management.
- Experience with online learning platforms and website development is desirable.
