We're seeking a highly organized and confident Global Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our growth, you'll be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely payroll for our global workforce.
What you'll do:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll operations, both domestically and internationally.
- Guarantee compliance with complex tax and social security regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What you'll bring:
- Global experience is favorable, or someone who knows the fundamentals of payroll and is eager to join the global payroll space.
- Exceptional data management skills, including intermediate Excel proficiency.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
