About the role

Be a proud member of our team, support our customers by building value and getting it done. We are based out of our state-of-the-art Regional Fulfillment Centre in Moorabbin.

What you would do in this role with L&H Direct

- Process customer orders and enquires over the phone and via email
- Prepare timely quotes for customers
- Develop relationships with customers & suppliers
- Be a product knowledge expert to help customers find products they need – we’ll train you on products
- Collaboratively work as a member of the team to ensure our branch is presented in the best way

- Customer and sales focused with experience in a customer focused role - including call center customer service, wholesale, retail, hospitality, trade based sales
- Excellent problem-solving skills - support our customers to get them what they need
- Proficient with computer technology and systems including the Microsoft Suite – we’ll train you on our systems
- A positive and optimistic attitude – it’s what we look for in new team members
- A high level of initiative to support your team members and customers – no job is too big or too small
- A strong sense of urgency - the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
