The Business: This is a company specializing in the distribution and marketing of consumer electronics and lifestyle products. They focus on providing high-quality audio, video, and smart home solutions, partnering with well-known global brands to deliver innovative products to retailers and consumers. They are known for their strong market presence in Europe and their commitment to offering exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible end-to-end customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Create and manage customer sales orders in the SAP ERP system, including EDI, direct entry and return order types.
- Engage with retail partners like JB Hi-Fi and Harvey Norman to address stock availability and other inquiries promptly.
- Provide comprehensive back-office support, assisting various internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Greeting customers and other stakeholders in the moments they arrive and leave our premises.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service/Internal Sales roles within a B2B or B2C organization.
- Minimum 1 year of experience using SAP to process sales orders and manage customer master data.
- A strong background in customer service and administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt to different customer needs and problem-solve effectively.
- Comfortable working in a smaller, close-knit team environment.
- Full-time, in-office position.
- Standard hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential flexibility.
- On-site parking is available for your convenience.
