About the Role As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of projects across safety, quality, cost, programme, and client satisfaction. You'll lead a high-performing team, manage stakeholders, and ensure strong compliance with contractual, financial, and HSEQ requirements. Your leadership will drive outcomes across design management, budget forecasting, programme control, and client reporting - while building lasting relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor project teams including Contract Administrators, Site Managers and Supervisors. - Oversee projects to ensure safety, quality, time, and cost objectives are met. - Manage contracts, budgets, forecasting, and monthly reporting. - Proactively manage design, risk, and stakeholder requirements. - Foster strong HSEQ culture and ensure compliance with systems and standards. - Build and maintain client and consultant relationships to secure repeat business. About You - Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline (or trade + experience). - Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance. - Strong knowledge of the WA building industry and contracting models (D&C, ECI, GMP, Cost Plus). - Excellent financial and commercial acumen. - Clear and professional communication skills. - A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Desirable: Proficiency with ACONEX, Jobpac, Hammertech, Bluebeam, plus strong industry networks and professional body memberships (AIB, AIQS, RICS, CIOB, MBA). Why Join?
