Join Our Growing Transport & Infrastructure Team in Perth

Thanks to the continued success of our Western Australia operations, we’re expanding—and looking for a talented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic Bridges, Aviation & Roads team in Perth.

What you’ll do:

- Participate in planning to achieve prescribed objectives.

- Support Senior Engineers with the analysis of information, production of designs and computations.

- Prepare specifications, proposals, and other documentation under broad supervision.

- Utilise a variety of standard engineering methods and techniques in problem solving.

- Apply industry standards and guidelines.

- Monitor and manage the scope of multiple projects of varying complexity and size.

- Prepare high-level technical reports and review medium-sized project reports in line with Delegation of Authority (DOA).

- Assist Senior Engineers with proposal submissions.

- Participate in initiatives that lead to improved client feedback, satisfaction, and exceed client expectations.

- Comply with all role-specific SHEQ obligations.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Degree qualifications in Civil Engineering

- At least 3 years’ demonstrated engineering experience, ideally within a consulting environment

- Prior experience working on Main Roads WA projects and/or road design and engineering projects

- Professional Engineer registration (or actively working towards it)

- Familiarity with Australian Standards, MRWA guidelines, Austroads standards, and other relevant road design codes

- Hands-on experience with civil and road design software

- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels

- Committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment

- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Able to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes

- Knowledge of quality management systems
