We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to step into a busy, high-volume finance environment during a short-term leave period. This is a great opportunity to utilise your AP expertise, keep things running smoothly, and support a strong handover process with the incumbent.

Key Details

- Start: ASAP to allow handover and training

- Duration: Approx. 4 weeks (until early October 2025)

- Location: Beresefield

- Hours: Flexible 24–38 hours per week (preferably full-time hours due to volume)

- Systems: Translogix (prior exposure desirable, but not essential if you’re a quick learner)

- Team: Join a collaborative finance team within a large, established business

Responsibilities

- Accurate and timely data entry of supplier invoices

- Managing high-volume accounts with varying supplier demands

- Ensuring AP is kept under control during a busy period of growth

- Supporting end-of-month processing and ensuring deadlines are met

What We’re Looking For

- Demonstrated accounts payable experience in a medium-to-large organisation

- Strong attention to detail, speed and accuracy in data entry

- Ability to manage fluctuating workloads and remain calm at peak times

- Flexible approach to working hours and availability for the handover period
