About the Role

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of the receivables function. From issuing invoices to managing collections, you'll be an integral part of maintaining ASG's strong financial performance.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Processing invoices, credit notes, and adjustments;
  • Monitoring customer accounts and following up on overdue invoices;
  • Negotiating and setting up payment arrangements;
  • Reconciling daily banking and allocating payments;
  • Investigating and resolving account discrepancies;
  • Generating reports on debtors and collection performance;
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a detail-oriented and energetic professional who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful, you will bring:

  • 3–5 years' experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or collections.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), CRM and accounting systems (Xero, and SimPro highly regarded).
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to balance professionalism with customer care.

Experience in security, business to business, or service industries will be highly regarded.
