Your new role
- Processing medium to high volume invoices
- Creating and assisting staff with purchase orders
- Matching PO's with supplier invoices
- Following up staff and suppliers in resolving PO/invoice discrepancies
- Assisting the accountant and accounts payable team with any ad-hoc duties
- General administration duties and reception cover when needed
What you/'ll need to succeed
You will have previous accounts payable administration experience and excellent data entry skills. You will have intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong communication skills. You will be able to work in a team environment while also working independently. You will receive training on the company/'s accounting software, however, you will have good technical skills in order to pick up new skills efficiently.
