About the role
Are you ready to lead a high-impact property function and drive strategic transformation across a dynamic organisation?
AsGroup Manager Property, you’ll be a key member of the Procurement, Property & Fleet leadership team, partnering with the Digital team to position Property as a competitive advantage. You’ll lead Property Asset Management and Facilities teams to deliver enterprise-wide strategies, optimise assets, and ensure safe, reliable operations.
This role is all about driving commercial outcomes, supplier relationships, and contract performance — while enabling innovation and continuous improvement. You’ll oversee the full procurement lifecycle, from strategic sourcing to supplier management, and play a critical role in shaping the future of our property function.
About you
You’re a strategic thinker and proven leader with:
- Significant senior management experience in procurement, commercial, property or corporate services
- Expertise in contract negotiation, supplier performance, and financial management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in legal, commercial or related discipline
- Deep understanding of the energy market and organisational behaviour
- Passion for driving performance, innovation and sustainable outcomes
