You will also have:* NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration or working towards completion;* Experience in the Commercial property industry;* Strong financial analysis experience on tenancy related information;* General knowledge of local Sydney office market; and* Knowledge of Yardi (desirable) or other similar Property Management system**About the Role**The primary responsibility of the Assistant Property Manager is to assist with the day-to-day management of the NSW portfolio.
