- Forge trusted, executive-level partnerships that embed Novatti’s payment solutions into client and partner growth roadmaps and long-term strategies.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to design and launch initiatives that directly address customer pain points and anticipate emerging market demands.
- Capture and share market intelligence and client feedback to shape Novatti’s product roadmap and strengthen our customer value proposition.
- Represent Novatti at industry forums, fintech events, and client engagements, expanding influence, building momentum and positioning Novatti as a payments partner of choice.
- Manage the full sales cycle with precision, maintaining a strategic pipeline, accurate forecasting and clear reporting to inform decisions and track growth impact.
- Champion Novatti’s brand and values in every interaction, demonstrating our drive, innovation and commitment to delivering unmatched client momentum.
- Expand scope beyond payment acceptance into adjacent solutions, including issuing, cross-border payments and platform integrations, ensuring Novatti captures growth opportunities across the evolving payments landscape.
What makes you a great candidate
- 5+ years business development or sales management experience in work with Payments products - Payment Acceptance experience would be desirable.
- Proven success in mid market sales, account growth, and contract negotiation.
- Strong track record of building relationships at every level.
- Commercial acumen with expertise in pricing, forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management.
- Understanding of operational processes and service delivery in payments.

- Always learning, always growing – From on-the-job experiences to formal training, we make sure you’ve got the tools, support and opportunities to keep building your skills and growing your career.
- Work-life that actually works – Enjoy a flexible, hybrid setup with time in the office and the freedom to work remotely.
