The NSW Police Force (NSWPF) is one of the largest police forces in the western world, with more than 20,000 employees, including more than 4,000 administrative employees who support the sworn officers that provide a range of law and order services 24 hours a day, seven days a week to the socially, geographically and culturally diverse community of NSW.

We have an opportunity for a Manager - Culture and Engagement to be part of our People, Strategy and Engagement team. The Manager - Culture and Engagement is responsible for steering the definition, development, implementation and evaluation of the organisation's high level corporate culture and employee engagement strategies to maximise the contribution of the workplace to the achievement of corporate goals and objectives. The position is responsible for the consolidation and review of existing strategies from across the organisation that impact culture development.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, implement and evaluate the organisation's culture and employee engagement strategies.

• Consolidate and review existing strategies from across the organisation that impact culture development.

• Align culture and engagement initiatives with corporate goals and objectives.

• Stakeholder engagement and change management related to culture programs.

Total Remuneration Package: Base salary ranges from $149,739 to $173,174 plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.
