We’re scouting for a Venue Manager, the team captain to guide the squad and call the shots. You will make every shift a winning one

Key Plays

- Inspire the team with strong leadership and build a culture that’s pumped and always game-day ready
- Lead the operations that keep everything running smoothly
- Train, mentor, and upskill your squad to bring their A-game to every shift
- Ability to change kegs, gas cylinders and post-mix syrups
- Drive financial performance and turn insights into winning plays
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Make sure every part of the venue reflects our brand, energy, and best in class standards

What you’ll bring

- 1 year’ Hospitality experience (preferably in a Pub or Bar environment)
- Demonstrate mateship by providing an exceptional experience for the team and customers
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational costs
- RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced
- A competitive edge that thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on, high-energy team
