ABOUT THE ROLE

A new opportunity exists for a reliable and highly motivated Cleaner to join our team in this key position. The Venue Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the Venue is kept to the highest of presentation standards and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning public areas of the venue, including the Visitor Centre, bathrooms, staff areas and meeting rooms
  • Vacuuming, mopping, cleaning surfaces, disposing of rubbish, sanitising and using cleaning products
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the venue and report any maintenance issues to management

This is a casual position working 6am – 9am a few days each week, with additional hours offered as required.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have experience in a similar position (preferred)
  • Be reliable and work within set time frames
  • Have strong attention to detail and presentation
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Have excellent communication skills and a can do attitude

The 23rd St Distillery was restored in 2016, built on the existing foundations of the original Renmark Growers Cooperative site dating back to 1914, bringing a balance of both old and new. So too, are the brands which are home to the site with the 23rd St brand offering new adaptations on spirits, right through to the more traditional brandy styles from the House of Black Bottle.
