Job Title: Venue Manager – Driving Range & Hospitality
We encourager Female and male applicants, currently our other locations have an employment 60% female ratio. No golf experience required. We will provide all training and requirements during your role as an ongoing team venture.
Location: Golf Park Adelaide
Salary: $75, ,000 AUD + superannuation
About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on, versatile Venue Manager to oversee our driving range operations and hospitality services. You'll lead a team, manage day-to-day operations, support golf coaches, handle marketing and VIP programs, and ensure an outstanding experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage guest inquiries.
- Oversee driving range setup, maintenance, and safety.
- Manage food & beverage operations, menus, and ordering.
- Supervise staff, create rosters, and support HR processes.
- Handle cash, budgets, and reporting alongside the CEO.
- Support marketing, digital campaigns, and VIP subscription programs.
- Assist golf instructors and ensure smooth lesson operations.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience in hospitality, sports facility management, or similar.
- Ability to work weekends on a fair roster system.
- RSA certificate and understanding of food & beverage operations.
- Proficiency in digital platforms and basic financial management.
