Company DescriptionThe role
  • Ensure and maintain the highest standard of customer service by anticipating and exceeding client expectations to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise, lead, and support bar staff by conducting briefings, allocating tasks, and resolving issues while ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
  • Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance management to direct reports
  • Manage the successful delivery of all beverage-related services through the events dispense bars to achieve planned outcomes and meet operational outcomes.
  • Oversee beverage stock; ordering, pre-planning, stock delivery and day to day management.
  • Assist the Bar Manager in identifying service improvement strategies as well as monitor financials related to stock, labour, and beverage consumption
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and adhere to compliance & OHS standards
About you
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a similar large scale bar and events venue(s)
  • Sound product knowledge and beverage management understanding
  • Strong leadership & training skills to guide and motivate a large team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisation as well as time management skills
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build trust and connect with people from all cultures and backgrounds
  • A true passion for events and is looking to establish a long term career
