About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive with expertise in the transportation industry to join our team at COSOL in either Sydney or Melbourne. In this autonomous role, you will drive and deliver solution‑based sales of multiple Asset Management Solutions to meet our growth sales targets and play a vital role in COSOL's continued success. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver top‑tier solutions that drive business innovation and success.

This is an excellent opportunity to own the Sydney and/or Melbourne Transportation territory in terms of sales, encompassing new business development as well as management of key, existing client accounts.

Responsibilities

- Conduct in‑depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and align them with COSOL solution offerings.

- Identify opportunities for new business within your territory and the transportation industry.

- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations by collaborating across practices.

- Create and manage a sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.

- Foster long‑term customer relationships delivering upon customer centricity.

About You

- You are self‑motivated, extremely driven, and customer focused.

- You have significant end‑to‑end solution sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Your network and sales results within the transportation industry are one of your biggest strengths.

- You have strong knowledge of the transportation industry and experience with solution selling of consulting and advisory services.

- You are an exceptional communicator with negotiation and influencing skills second to none.
