The role

Key responsibilities undertaken by the Coordinator Service Support include:

- Coordinate the delivery of services to eligible residents of the Mount Alexander Shire
- Identify and develop process improvements which enhance the quality of service delivery to the community
- Facilitate and manage the roll out of appropriate software upgrades within the Community Wellbeing team
- Monitor targets and prepare reports for unit budgets and reporting to funding entities
- Educate staff in relevant program compliance issues and how to develop appropriate practices and procedures in order to minimise and control the risk/s

To be successful in this role you will have:

- relevant experience and qualifications
- demonstrated experience in staff support and management in a clinical environment
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- skills in managing time, setting priorities and planning and organising
- proficient in the use of computer software including Microsoft Office suite
