Property developer Metricon Homes is looking to hire a PR and content assistant on a six-month contract.

Reporting to Metricon’s national PR and communications manager at the company’s Mt Waverley office, the PR/content assistant will be tasked with writing about the developer for regional Victoria media outlets and the company blog (with consistent brand messaging).

Other responsibilities include:

1. Interacting with media personnel on the latest company developments.
2. Coordinating with a company content specialist and marketing manager to engage successful regional Victoria customers with developing testimonials.
3. Providing monthly reports on Metricon’s media coverage across all fields.

The successful applicant will also be proficient in copywriting and editing, problem-solving, analysis, and quality-control procedures. They should display a positive attitude toward their work and the ability to ask questions.
