Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored Dual Occ solutions
  • Manage high-volume digital enquiry and follow up leads with urgency and care
  • Conduct suitability analysis of property and blocks for Dual Occ development
  • Promote Metricon's land access opportunities across key growth corridors in Victoria
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding contract targets
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the building journey
  • Developing and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts including land agents, developers, brokers, and local influencers

Requirements
  • Proven sales success (new home or Dual Occ sales experience highly regarded)
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and closing capabilities
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for performance
  • Professional and proactive approach to customer engagement
  • Excellent networking, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
  • Strong time management and CRM discipline
  • Confidence using a variety of digital tools and sales systems
  • A can-do attitude and team-first mindset
