Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and growing Strata team? Marsh is seeking an experienced insurance professional to join us as a Client Manager based in Sydney, where you will play a pivotal role in managing our NSW strata team and driving success with key client accounts.

We will count on you to:

- Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with key Strata accounts by delivering expert advice tailored to their insurance programs.

- Anticipate and meet client needs through proactive, hands‑on account management and outstanding service delivery.

- Oversee service excellence across new business quoting, renewals, and claims management.

- Collaborate with account managers to identify and pursue exciting new business opportunities.

- Lead, mentor, and coach the NSW team, serving as the go‑to expert for broking and claims issues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What you need to have:

- 5+ years of relevant insurance broking experience.

- Tier 1 Insurance Broking Certificate.

- Strong technical expertise in Strata insurance is highly desirable.

- Proven ability to build meaningful relationships at all levels.

- A keen eye for spotting and developing new business opportunities.

- Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring teams.
