**ASSISTANT STRATA MANAGER**

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Strata Manager on a Full-time basis to join our team at Mascot.

We are a fast growing organisation that prides themselves for their outstanding customer service with a reputation for delivering professionalism and efficiency. We provide excellent strata management services to all Strata and Community properties.

The direction of the company, and the vision has exciting days ahead as Premium Strata continues to refine its Diamond Class Service, challenging the entire strata and community industry to lift its game

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage key register and key orders
- Answering phones & providing client service
- Processing invoices
- Generating Work Orders
- Preparing meeting agendas & Minutes
- Occasional meeting attendance to assist with administrative functions
- General office administration tasks

- Organisation and efficiency

- Excellent computer skills
- Professional and enthusiastic approach to work
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent Customer Service ethics
- Ability to multitask & prioritise
- Ability to work under a lot of pressure
