- Full Time Position

We are a medium sized agency that prides themselves for their outstanding customer service with a reputation for delivering professionalism and efficiency. We provide excellent strata management services to all Strata and Community properties.

Reduced portofilo of 40 Buildings which will allow you to focus on quality + your very own assistant Talk about great work balance

**Key responsibilities**
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Conducting Owner Corporation (OC) meetings
- Committee and OC liaison
- Prepare financial budgets and send meeting agendas
- Respond to arrears/repairs and maintenance requests
- Ensure issues are followed up promptly

- Professional and enthusiastic approach to work;
