In our Company we focus on quality of service and we do this by ensuring that our Strata Managers have the right resources to support their role.
- Full Time Position

- WFH once a fortnight

Reduced portofilo of 40 Buildings which will allow you to focus on quality + your very own assistant Talk about great work balance

**Key responsibilities**
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Conducting Owner Corporation (OC) meetings
- Committee and OC liaison
- Prepare financial budgets and send meeting agendas
- Respond to arrears/repairs and maintenance requests
- Ensure issues are followed up promptly
