Role Description

This is a full time strata management role located in Smeaton Grange, NSW.

As a Strata Manager at United Strata, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of strata schemes with the support of an experienced team.
  • Provide expert advice on strata legislation, by-laws, and compliance matters.
  • Chair general meetings and committee meetings.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor management with the aid of our support staff.
  • Prepare budgets and review financial reports.
  • Handle correspondence and foster positive client and committee relationships

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A
    licensed Strata Manager
    in NSW (Class 1 or 2).
  • Experienced in managing a portfolio of buildings (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Confident in interpreting and applying NSW strata legislation.
  • Professional, approachable, and solutions-focused.
  • Organised with strong time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using strata management software (Strata Master or similar).
  • A confident communicator with interpersonal skills
  • Has a drivers licence and access to a vehicle.
