In this role, you'll be at the forefront of digital innovation, managing and optimising performance campaigns across various channels, driving results and building strong client relationships. You'll be a key player in ensuring our clients' success while contributing to the growth and development of your team. What You'll Do: - Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Performance Executives and Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. - Drive Campaign Excellence: Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning and implementation to optimisation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client goals. - Strategic Planning: Develop and present compelling performance media plans, leveraging PMX deals and identifying innovative opportunities to achieve exceptional results. - Client Partnership: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service through clear communication and proactive problem-solving. - Data-Driven Optimisation: Lead optimisation strategies, leveraging bid management platforms and your expertise to maximise campaign performance. - Financial Acumen:Ensure accurate budget management, billing, and reporting, maintaining compliance with client contracts and agency policies. - Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn and adapt to the latest industry trends and technologies, sharing your knowledge with the team. - Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with Digital Account Managers, agency partners, and suppliers to develop integrated solutions that deliver outstanding results. Who You Are: - Experienced: You have 1.5 - 3 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within a media agency environment (or related field). - A Team Player: You possess strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and organise a team to achieve common goals. - A Problem Solver: You're proactive in identifying and resolving issues, escalating when necessary to ensure smooth workflow. - A Clear Communicator: You have excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyse data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions. You also pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks. - Digitally Savvy: You're fluent in digital planning tools and possess advanced accreditations in platforms like Google Ads (AdWords), DCM/DBM, and Facebook Blueprint. - Technically Skilled: You are fluent in 3rd party bid management tools across search, social and programmatic. - Commercially Aware: You have a strong understanding of the client's business and category, and you actively seek new opportunities for growth. Technical Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite - Expertise in Google Ads (AdWords), Google Marketing Platform (DCM/DBM), Facebook Ads Manager - Experience with bid management platforms (e.g., Marin Software, Kenshoo) - Familiarity with digital planning tools (e.g., Nielsen, Roy Morgan) Why Join Us?
