Overview
As a Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of ecommerce clients. This position requires a dynamic balance of hands-on platform execution, strategic development, and client and team leadership. You/'ll be responsible for driving the success and growth of your client accounts, ensuring campaigns are effectively managed, and mentoring junior team members to foster their development. This role demands a strong understanding of paid media platforms, data analysis, and the ability to communicate complex insights to clients whilst effectively managing projects and deliverables.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage hands-on campaign across paid media platforms including performance checks, budget pacing, and identifying optimisation opportunities.
- Analyse campaign data and deliver clear, concise reports and strategic insights to clients, explaining performance and recommending actions.
- Manage client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact, presenting reports, and providing strategic recommendations to drive client growth. (coordinators and execs), delegating tasks and fostering their professional development.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, Creative, etc.) to ensure integrated campaign delivery, whilst managing project timelines and budgets effectively.

- You have 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns and possess advanced skills in paid search
- You are comfortable with a role that involves a balance of hands-on platform work and client management
- You're a strategic thinker with a growth mindset who enjoys tackling unexpected challenges and guiding clients through complex situations.

- You prefer a role with a narrow scope, focusing solely on a single platform or task, and are resistant to expanding your responsibilities beyond that.

- You are uncomfortable with presenting to clients and prefer to avoid explaining the rationale behind campaign decisions and optimisations.
