Compensation: $110-140k + Super

What You'll Be Doing

- Own and Optimise: Directly manage and optimise high-performing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (essential) and TikTok Ads Manager (preferred).

- Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, fostering strong relationships and driving strategic execution, while maintaining excellent communication.

- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our strategists and creatives to develop, test, and scale winning campaigns that deliver outstanding results.

- Data-Driven Insights: Analyse performance data, unearth actionable insights, and recommend impactful optimisations.

- Reporting Excellence: Build and maintain clear, data-driven Looker Studio reports and dashboards.

- Growth Execution: Partner with the strategy team to execute ambitious growth plans and creative testing frameworks.

- Bring the Energy: Infuse every campaign with your energy, curiosity, and a growth mindset.

What We're Looking For

- Experience that Delivers: 3-5 years of proven experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta essential; TikTok and Google preferred).

- Strategic Grasp: A strong understanding of campaign structure, optimization, and creative testing.

- Client-Centric: Experience managing client relationships directly and a track record of owning performance results.

- Analytical Powerhouse: An analytical and data-driven mindset, comfortable interpreting complex metrics and trends.

- Clear Communicator: Strong, proactive, and positive communication skills.

- Reporting Savvy: Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting platforms.
