We are seeking a dynamic, driven and enthusiastic Produce Assistant Team Leader to join our Blackmans Bay team on a full-time basis

If you have experience in afresh produce department, along with leadership skills and a passion for customer service,we would love to hear from you.

You will need:

- Excellent communication and people management skills that nurture and drive team performance and engagement

- Stock management experience, with skills in planning, merchandising and strong attention to detail

- Energy and a positive mind-set, as well as a love of working with food and people (both team members and customers)

- Availability to work full-time onan agreed rosteracross our span of trading hours, including some early and late shifts, and alternate weekends

- Knowledge of daily retail operations, including opening / closing procedures, cash handling and following WH&S and Food Safety regulations

- Physical fitness for lifting and standing

This role would suit an ambitious up and comingfresh food professional who aspires to one day become a Team Leader.You will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your career through Leadership and Management training, while continuously expanding your operational and industry knowledge on the job.

Pay rates are set by the General Retail Industry Award. The 2025-26 base hourly pay rates forlevel 3 assistant team leaderadultsare:

Full time & part time

- Weekdays $27.58

- Saturday $34.48

- Sunday $41.37

- Public Holidays $62.06

The annual salary rangeequivalent, based on a standard full-time roster, is $62K - $65K inclusive of superannuation.

Additional penalty rates apply to public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts. Please view the full Award for all applicable rates and allowances.
