**About the Opportunity**

Our Food and Beverage Team Leader will be a key leader to our wider culinary service team elevating the guest experience.

As a true all-rounder, you’ll have strong product knowledge across culinary service standards, beer, wine, spirits/cocktails and breathe hospitality with a passion for local produce. You’ll have a true love for the hospitality industry and all things Food and Beverage related.

This positions is a permanent full time role and weekend work is essential. You’ll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands.

**What you'll need to be successful**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Food and Beverage Team Leader
- Previous experience working in a hotel or resort environment
- Previous barista skills are highly desirable
- A genuine love of hospitality and the drive to deliver quality service
- The desire to grow your skill set under a wonderful leadership team
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Valid RSA essential and other relevant hospitality qualifications highly regarded
- The availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster
