As part of our culinary team, you will contribute to creating innovative dishes and ensuring the highest quality standards in food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities for Chefs:
Plan and design menus with seasonal and local ingredients.
Supervise kitchen operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and control kitchen budgets.
Ensure all dishes are prepared to Roasting Warehouse's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities for Cooks:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to menu specifications.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage food storage and ensure minimal waste.
Collaborate with the team to meet customer expectations.


Essential Criteria:
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Commercial Cookery for Cooks; Diploma or higher for Chefs).
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
