Please see our for more information.** We’re looking for a dedicated **Inventory Coordinator** to join our team at RAAF Edinburgh site, ensuring Defence personnel have the vital equipment and supplies they need – when and where they need them. We offer: A role where your work has national impact. As an **Inventory Coordinator**, you’ll be central to ensuring our inventory records and processes meet Defence requirements. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will: Assist with training and knowledge sharing to strengthen inventory management capability across the team. We’re looking for motivated professionals who bring: Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse operations (Defence or logistics preferred).Strong knowledge of WMS systems, stock control, and reconciliation procedures. High attention to detail, with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Strong teamwork and communication ability. Knowledge of WHS and compliance standards in warehousing.
