Events and Partnerships Coordinator

In this hands-on role, you will be involved in planning, execution, and delivery of event activations that showcase MyVenue's brand, engage key industry stakeholders, and support broader marketing objectives. You'll also play a pivotal role in implementing partnership activations that align with our strategic goals, ensuring consistency in messaging and measurable impact across all touchpoints.

Approximately 75% of this role's focus will be on event delivery and 25% on partnership activation, though this may shift based on seasonal priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver MyVenue event activations across trade shows, hospitality experiences, charity events, and other brand-building opportunities.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams, guests, and vendors across key markets (US, Canada, UK, Australia) to meet marketing goals and exceed expectations.
  3. Maintain a yearly partnership activation calendar, integrating events, sponsorships, and co-marketing opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to identify and activate new partnership opportunities that support MyVenue's strategic objectives.

Essential Experience and skills:

  1. Minimum 3 years in event coordination or management
  2. Proven ability to deliver multiple concurrent corporate events
  3. Experience executing activations with external partners across sectors like sport, entertainment, hospitality, or tech
  4. Working in a high energy, creative, and fast-moving environment
  5. Engaging, clear, and concise stakeholder communication
  6. Proven ability to manage corporate events both remotely and in-person

Education Qualification:

Tertiary qualification or applicable experience in Event, marketing or hospitality management
