Are you a project management professional looking to grow your career and develop your skills working on various Civil, Structure & Building projects? Can you deliver projects on time, budget and of a quality that meets specified requirements and standards? If you have proven project management skills and experience in procurement and construction, delivery of small to medium scale buildings and structures, we want to hear from you.

What this role looks like
- Program, manage and coordinate the delivery of projects.
- Prepare project specifications and contract documents.
- Administer contracts and oversee the tendering and contract administration of projects.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and consultants.
- Identify project risks and mitigation strategies in accordance with WHS legislation.
- Provide regular program updates for works program projects.
- Manage project finances including review and approval of invoice claims.
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
What are we seeking in our new team member
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Additional qualifications in project management, highly regarded.
- An awareness of tendering and procurement, WHS, security of payments, legislation, contract administration of benefit.
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Project & Excel and preferably drafting or rendering software.
- Demonstrated financial, contract, project and time management skills
- White Card - General Construction Induction
- Drivers Licence (Class C) – NSW
