Join our team in our Sydney office as an Executive Assistant to the Global Head of Private Capital Markets. In this role you will partner a wide and diverse group of stakeholders across Macquarie Capital.

What role will you play?

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide a high level of support to the Global Head of Private Capital Markets, partnering with them to ensure their day runs smoothly and efficiently. Whilst they will be your main focus, you will also work with others in the Private Capital Markets and Infrastructure teams, giving you broader access to the business. You will have the opportunity to learn more about the organisation, utilising your Executive Assistant and interpersonal skills.

What you offer

- 2+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience managing diaries, arranging complex travel, organising meetings and coordinating events
- Ability to work autonomously and have a proactive approach with exceptional attention to detail
- A can-do attitude, excellent communication, planning and organisation skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements will enable you to effectively manage and deliver results
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite.
