We're looking for a Quality Specialist who thrives on uncovering the truth, driving change, and making a real difference in the lives of children and people with disability.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead investigations into serious incidents, complaints, and allegations—ranging from abuse and neglect to restrictive practices and WHS matters.
- Gather and analyse evidence with precision, empathy, and procedural fairness.
- Engage with regulators like the NDIS Commission, Child Protection, Ombudsman, and WorkSafe.
- Deliver clear, trauma-informed reports and outcome letters that drive corrective action.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and embedding safer practices across services.

What You'll Bring

- Certificate IV in Government (Investigations) or equivalent (desirable)
- Tertiary qualifications in social work, disability, child protection, or related fields
- Experience in investigations within OOHC, disability, or health sectors
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
- A commitment to safeguarding, quality, and professional growth

You'll also need (or be happy to obtain)

- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
