We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to support our continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with quality standards and protocols, as well as accreditation and auditing processes.
- Provide education and guidance to clinical staff to maintain high-quality care delivery.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the aged care sector, including quality management, compliance, and clinical governance principles.
Requirements:
- AHPRA registration (RN) is highly desirable.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the aged care sector, preferably in a quality role.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.
- The ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies is also required.
